The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Then once I turn it on it goes blank and flashes this error message The Dell monitor doesn't recognize the ViewSonic monitor is there until I turn MST on in the monitors settings menu. The catch is the ViewSonic monitor only has VGA and DVI inputs so I bought a displayport to DVI cable.
I then try to connect my older ViewSonic VP2365 monitor from the displayport out on the U2417H and it doesn't work. The mini displayport cable is going to my Dell U2417H monitor. So my Lenovo T450s laptop is running windows 10 and has "Intel HD Graphics 5500" on it.
I recently bought a Dell U2417H monitor and am trying to get the daisy chaining feature working.
